If You are a parent or legal guardian who consents for Your child to use the Website, We will collect Your email address and the child’s first name, birthdate, username, email address, password, and Gabb phone number.  The information collected will be used to obtain Your consent to Your child’s use of the Website, deliver the Website and enable participation in its activities, such as contest entries, and to assist You with customer service inquiries and technical support.

When Your child uses the Website, We may also collect Your child’s Wi-Fi connection information, IP address, device information, last name, city, state/county, videos of Your child, questions posed by Your child to our Ambassadors, descriptions of Your child’s talents, artistic designs, and ideas/feedback, and information necessary to process payments if Your child wants to buy products from the Gabb Life store.

Notably, Gabb Life does enable children to make their personal information publicly available, for example, when they enter contests or serve in ambassadorships.

We do not track or run analytics on children who We know to be under the age of 13. Personal information about children We know to be under the age of 13 will not be disclosed to any third parties.

Parents have the right to review, correct, or have deleted from our database, their child’s personal information and/or have the right to refuse further collection or use of a child’s personal information.
