At age 9, Sierra Kerr became the first female skateboarder to land a Rodeo Flip. At age 10, her golf handicap was +6. At 12, she won the first women’s surfing airshow. She plays rugby. She’s great at wake-surfing. She’s really into fishing these days. So, hold on, which sport exactly is Sierra an ambassador for? Well, we’re not going to answer that question. She is who she is. Super talented, high-flying, fun, interested, and passionate…and yeah, she does well in school, too. She probably gets some of it from her father, pro surfer Josh Kerr, who was also known for being high-flying, multi-talented and all around awesome. But Josh explains that it’s something in her brain. “She has this ability to see a sport,” says Josh, “and just decode it. Like, she understands how it works. Then she goes and out on her own and works super hard at learning it.” Work might not be the right word. Sierra loves this stuff. She’s recently picked up fishing and will paddle her Stand Up paddle board out past the reefs in front of her house and catch fish after she’s down surfing. She’s definitely not your typical 13-year-old girl. “I like to watch how to videos to learn how to do things,” says Sierra, “and then I go out and practice them. The internet’s good for stuff like that, but you definitely see people wasting their time there. If you want to learn something, you’ve got to get out and do it.”
Going to Kandui Villas in the Mentawais with my family and friends was really great. And also the last trip to Australia we scored amazing waves, too. My dad’s from Australia, and we spend half the year there, so I love that place.
My dad (Josh Kerr), Nick Foles, and Ricky Fowler.
I just like trying different sports. And all of these sports I can just really challenge myself.
I would love to surf in the olympics one day.

As many as it takes. Which is usually between 1 and 4.
(Question submitted by Leo from California)
My dad showed me a video about golf hoping it would inspire my surfing, but instead it made me want to play golf every day.
(Question submitted by Zayden from Australia QLD)
I was five years old.

5'10" Tomo from Firewire is my go-to. But different boards work for different conditions. I like a fish in small waves and need a bigger board when the waves get bigger. I also have a softtop mini-mal for fishing off of.
