  Your child wants to participate in a Gabb Life™ Contest, but needs your permission to enter.

  Our Children's Privacy Policy sets forth what data we collect from your child when they enter a contest and how we use and share that information.

  To allow us to collect this information, we ask that you log in to the Gabb Wireless™ account associated with your child’s Gabb Phone™ number to confirm that a parent or legal guardian over 18 years old has consented.

  Gabb Life collects the following information during the MOVE contest:

  • A profile picture of your child.
  • Your child’s first name and last initial.
  • The city and state where your child resides.
  • Your child’s e-mail address and phone number.
  • The image or video (“submission”) that your child provides.
  • The IP address and cookies of the computer or mobile device used to sign up for the contest.

  Your child’s submission, along with their profile picture, first name, last initial, city, and state will be publicly posted on Gabb Life’s website.

  By logging in to my Gabb Wireless account, I am representing that I am the parent or legal guardian, I have read and agree to the Official Rules, and authorize Gabb Wireless, Inc. ("Gabb") and Gabb's agents, successors, assigns, and designees to use my child’s name, image, voice, sound effects, interview and performance on film, tape, or otherwise (the "Submission"), and edit such Submission as Gabb may desire.
